KSB SupremeServ North America expands reverse engineering focus and grows operations and sales leadership

KSB SupremeServ North America announced the expansion of its reverse engineering focus, operations, and sales leadership.

The expansion includes the current managing director and president of KSB SupremeServ in Port Arthur, Texas, Richard Martinez, extending his role to support and grow reverse engineering and parts manufacturing across North America. Assuming Martinez’s day-to-day duties, KSB has hired David “Wylie” Stevenson as vice president of operations and Matt Piripavel as regional sales manager for KSB’s Port Arthur, Port Allen, and Deer Park locations.

“Richard, hands-down, is one of the most knowledgeable engineering minds in the rotating equipment industry. With our aggressive growth trajectory, we had to find a way to deploy his leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills across North America,” said John Mitchell, vice president of KSB SupremeServ North America. “Hiring best-in-class managers like Wylie and Matt to take over and grow the day-to-day operations and sales is what we needed to do.”

Stevenson brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in plant operations and strategic improvement process management. His work experience includes leadership roles at Flowserve and Cameron Valves and Measurement, a Schlumberger Company.Stevenson

Stevenson will reside in the Port Arthur, Texas, area with his wife Bailey, daughters Rebecca and Andelyn, and son Eli.

PiripavelPiripavel will take over the day-to-day sales management of the Port Arthur, Port Allen, and Deer Park sales teams. Piripavel has over 25 years of senior sales leadership and management. He brings a wealth of knowledge through his former career as North American pipeline sales manager with Flowserve.

“Matt has proven experience in driving profitable growth and building and training effective teams, said Mitchell. He has built and managed diverse teams across North America and will fill a critical role in implementing our sales strategy.”
